Cards Team
Our Cards Team works to create supportive cards for kids. These cards include uplifting and positive messages to the receiver. By making these cards we hope for volunteers to have fun and enjoy using their creativity to make a positive impact on their community. Cards can include any appropriate theme the volunteer wishes to make. We unfortunately will not be accepting digital cards anymore.

Card Guidelines
Have fun, and be creative! There is no limit on the cards and the age of who can volunteer. Email us at createforkidsorg@gmail.com with any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
1. Cards written with offensive or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
2. Each card CANNOT include any religious material as we are unsure of the family's beliefs, and we want to be respectful of each family.
3. Any cards written with "My Condolences, "Get Well Soon", etc. will NOT be permitted.
4. Do not include your full name, first names ONLY are allowed: ex. (Sophia and Sophia J.)
5. Do not put the cards in individual envelopes, meaning don't put them in their own envelopes in one big mailer. The cards should be openly in the mailer without their own envelope separating them.
6. Do not include the date, season, year, month, etc. unless we specifically request holiday cards.
7. Do not include any loose glitter, confetti or perishable items. You may include sticker sheets, as long as they are not free floating (tape them down)!
8. You will not reference the patient in these cards personally, nor will you know what they like unless specified. Our team will personally sift through all cards and mail them to the patient based on what they like best, so rest assured they will receive a theme they love!
9. Creating a duplicate card with the same design will not count as two separate cards.
10. Handmade cards must be a folded (8.5"x11") card.
